TPF Control Nordic is a company specializing in the calibration of Temperature, Pressure, and Flow (TPF). In collaboration with TPF Control BV in the Netherlands, TPF Control Nordic offers traceable and ISO 17025 accredited calibrations.
Michael Vedelsted, co-owner and CEO in Denmark, has 20 years of experience in selling instrumentation to Danish industries, life science customers, and research centers. The other co-owner, Warner Hoedemans, has 20 years of experience in the calibration industry and owns TPF Control BV.
Michael has always aimed to deliver the best possible products and services to his customers, often in cooperation with TPF Control BV since its inception. Achieving this goal has had its ups and downs, mainly due to the fact that manufacturers and instrumentation suppliers often prioritize new instruments over service and support.
Supplying top-brand instrumentation to the Danish market has been a significant strength in Michael’s career. However, even the best brands can falter if after-sales service is lacking. Whether it’s calibration or the replacement of critical spare parts, all brands suffer if the organization behind them doesn’t understand or listen to customer requirements.
